To evaluate the mood reviews correctly, each smiley needs it's own value, which is fixed by our 5 step evaluation system. 

The results of the gathered values, is called the "Happiness Score". The Happiness Score offers a continuous benchmarking of the employee satisfaction for different areas and topics in your company.
